Grady Chapman

NASHVILLE -- Grady Cletus Chapman, 69, of Nashville, died Sunday, Sept. 25, 2005, at his residence.

Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.

The Giles County native was retired from Gary's Garage as a wrecker driver. He was preceded in death by a son, Richard Chapman; a daughter, Pamela Chapman; and his father Wilburn Chapman.

Survivors include his mother, Ruby Chapman of Nashville; daughter, Gloria Daniel of Nashville; brothers, Edward Chapman of Nashville, Fred Chapman of Whites Creek, Jerry Chapman of Madison and Charles Chapman of Nashville; sisters, Mattie Thornton of Nashville and Edith Tidwell of Nashville; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
