CHICKEN SQUASH CASSEROLE
2 cups cooked chicken (can is okay too)
3 cups cooked squash (can is okay)
1 cup sour cream
2 cups sharp cheddar
3 cups stuffing (any flavor u like)
1 lg can cream mushroom soup
Preheat oven 350°. Mix all ingredients above XCEPT for the stuffing and 1 cup of cheese. Sprinkle 1/2 of stuffing in bottom of baking dish. Pour in mixture. Top w/ rest of cheese and then rest of stuffing. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes..or until mixture bubbles and cheese is melted on top. Sent in by T Bass, Ozark, Al

BAKED POTATO SALAD
8 medium potatoes, sliced
1/2 pound of bacon
1 pound processed American cheese, sliced
1/2 onion, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
salt/pepper to taste
1/4 cup black olives, sliced
Preheat oven to 325F. Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish. Boil sliced potatoes until tender but firm, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside. At the same time cook bacon until evenly browned. Remove to paper towels to drain. Ina large bowl, stir together the potaotes, cheese, onion, mayo, salt and pepper. Spoon into baking dish. Crumble bacon over top and sprinkle with olives. Bake 1 hour until golden brown.
