| How do I sell a truck through your website? |
| The frst thing you need to do is go to our "Sell Your Wrecker" page and login or register for our site. Next you will need to upload the pictures and fill out the condition report. |
| What do I need to do to view other customer’s trucks for sale? |
| First you need to register. We also ask that if you buy a truck from one of our customers that you write a ‘review’ or provide feedback about your dealings with that customer – as they will with you. It has been our experience that most of our customers are fair, friendly and honest …good business people. However, we have had some experience with trade-ins and people selling their trucks who to put it kindly are “careless with the truth.” We require condition reports, pictures of all four sides of vehicle, interior pictures, mileage picture, tire condition etc. If you are buying a used truck that is supposed to have ‘good tires’ that is exactly what you should expect when you pick up the truck. If you have a good experience with the customer selling the truck….we want to hear about it. If not….we want to hear about that too |
| What if I do not see the part I need in your store? |
| Please call or send us an e-mail and let us know exactly what you need. We will contact you as soon as possible with the price and availability. |
| What are the yellow arrows, note pads, question marks and keys on the diagrams? |
| The yellow icons like the arrows will give you additional information about the parts. They may tell you that for a 19ft and 21ft deck the part # is different...and it will lists the correct part number for that particular size deck. The question marks are informative as well as the keys and note pads. If you need any explanation for these icons - please call us!

| I noticed that you have a lot more to your website than others I have visited…what are you trying to do? |
| We want our site to be a time saver for you. If you need a part we want to make it available to you…need a rollback or wrecker…we want to accommodate you in that area as well. We want to get you the right towing equipment that fits your needs. We do not want to offer just parts…we want to offer complete replacement parts, drawings and prices for ALL your Jerr-Dan replacement parts. We also offer access to other manufacturer replacement parts for your truck as well as advice for ‘problems and fixes’ on how to fix your truck. We want to get you back on the road fast with fewer hassles |
| Why do I NOT see a lot of graphics, movies, horns and whistles on every page? What about all the extra ‘hoop-lah’? |
| We are trying to be just as practical as you are. We want to help you get the parts, wreckers and resources that will allow you to get the job done without you wasting your time going through all the extra ‘hoop-lah’. |
| Why should I register? |
| Registered users can participate in the forum – ‘Impound Yard’ and can also view Jerr-Dan replacement parts diagrams that we have included for your convenience. You will be able to view other customer’s trucks for sale. Another feature is the ability to post your associations tow meetings, tow shows and seminars. |
| I noticed that you have several videos on your web site. Can I play them using my dial-up connection? |
| Sure! You will need to wait till it downloads then pull the slider bar across bottom and watch the video in full. For broad band users you should be able to play them right away. The movie will play slowly or in spurts until it has loaded fully. |
